How Hot Can You Take?
There’s hot food and then there’s insanely hot food. Chef Chris Schlesinger doesn’t hesitate to serve either.
A couple times a year his East Coast Grill hosts Hell Night — with food so hot you have to sign a waiver (#3 on the link). Hell Night is a response to that curious affect of spicy food lovers who always claim that what they’ve eaten “wasn’t so hot.” Schlesinger usually has the last laugh.
